What is the typical shipping timeline for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping via premium couriers. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, with international delivery taking between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
How can I return an item that doesn't fit?
You may return your items within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please use our online portal to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Are customs duties and taxes included in the final price?
For orders shipped to the European Union and select international territories, duties and taxes are included. For other regions, you may be responsible for import fees upon delivery as determined by your local customs office.
