Returns & Exchanges
LEMAIRE offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items purchased on the official online store, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items must be returned from the same country as the original shipping address to qualify for processing.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or use the order tracking link to submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective covers are intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order or via the return portal to the outside of the parcel, covering any previous delivery labels.
Handover and Refund
Drop off the package at an authorized collection point; once received and quality-checked at our atelier, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
